Water Based Cleaner: Spot clean using only the foam from a water-based cleaning agent such as a mild detergent or non-solvent upholstery shampoo product. Apply foam with a soft brush in a circular motion. Vacuum when dry.

Je vous ai adressé une question concernant l'entretien de ma housse de couette, à l'intérieur de la zone interrogative de votre site Web. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part. L'étiquette française dit que l'on peut laver et sécher la couette à la machine. La version anglaise dit qu'il NE FAUT PAS sécher la couette à la machine. J'avais envoyé des photos de ces étiquettes contradictoires - jointes ci-dessous. Je voulais de votre part une garantie que, si jamais je lave la housse et la sèche en machine, et qu'elle rétrécit au point de ne plus convenir (elle a exactement les mêmes dimensions que mon duvet), vous allez me la remplacer. Je n'ai pas non plus aimé le fait de devoir payer des frais de livraison pour un achat de 220$+. Tous les autres commerces offrent la livraison gratuite pour ce genre d'objets, au-dessus de 100 $. En ce qui concerne la housse elle-même, je suis satisfaite de mon achat (mais elle n'a pas encore été lavée!!!)

I wasn’t sure I’d like these because they cannot be put in the dryer, but I find they air dry relatively fast and still feel soft. 

They look beautiful on my bed, and seem sturdy thus-far with my dog who enjoys jumping and lounging on the bed. 

Really high-end look and feel.
