Freedom Chairs, the innovation that changed everything. The designer, Niels Diffrient, has replaced the locks, knobs, and springs previously featured with intuitive movement that uses your body weight and physics as a guide.

  • Innovative synchronous arms attached at the back are engineered to aid in effortless arm support with one hand.
  • Climate positive: 28lbs of CO2 are removed from the atmosphere for every chair made.

The Upgraded Freedom task features standard duron arms with textile detailing, a polished aluminum frame with graphite trim and a matching base, a standard foam seat, and standard hard casters in Vanir textile by Raf Simons.

Custom made Humanscale items will be delivered by Humanscale’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow approximately 5-8 weeks (Standard Ship) for delivery or for select configurations 2-4 weeks (Quick Ship).
