In-stock EQ3 accessories will be delivered in 5 - 10 business days by one of our logistical partners. Please note that our logistical partners deliver Monday to Friday during regular business hours (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time).

Items over $200.00 shipped via FedEx will require a signature at time of delivery – please ensure there is someone available at the address you have provided to sign for the item.

Freight

All in-stock and made-to-order large furniture items (such as dressers and sofas) will be delivered by freight using EQ3's logistical partners. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow a minimum 2 - 4 weeks for in-stock large furniture items delivery and an additional 8 - 12 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery delivery.

Orders with small furniture items and large furniture items will be combined into one shipment and may take longer to deliver. Please allow a minimum delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks for in-stock items, and a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery items. However, if you would like to have the in-stock small furniture or accessory items shipped earlier, please fill out our contact form to request a quote.

In-stock EQ3 and EQ3+ accessories will be shipped as soon as they're available. Please note that our logistical partners deliver Monday to Friday during regular business hours (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time).

Freight

All in-stock and made-to-order large furniture items (such as dressers and sofas) will be delivered by freight using EQ3’s logistical partners.

Once your order is shipped out from EQ3’s central warehouse facility in Winnipeg you will receive an e-mail to confirm shipment. When our logistical partners receive your order in their local warehouse, they will contact you to set up an appointment (date and time) to deliver your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have my purchase assembled?

Yes! In order to avoid the hassle of setting up your new furniture, we offer White Glove assembly service to most addresses. Simply choose this option at checkout and for a small additional charge we will deliver your furniture, set it up in your home, and remove all packaging. Please note that delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.
